Gifts of stock can be made online with your broker’s assistance. Request that your stock broker transfer the stated number of shares electronically to the Cathedral of Christ the King’s account at JP Morgan. Then, contact us to alert us to the coming transaction.

Alert and Confirmation
Contact our Controller, Michael Bauml, at 678-235-0499 or mbauml@ctking.com, ahead of the transaction to ensure you receive proper credit. Please include the name of the stock, the number of shares, the date of the donation, and the purpose of the gift. We will provide written confirmation of the gift after its receipt.
Manual Transfer
Stock certificates physically held in your possession with the donor’s name can be gifted to the Cathedral of Christ the King.
- Send a signed stock power with a medallion signature guarantee (which may be obtained from your bank or broker). Mail the unendorsed certificate(s) and stock power by registered mail in separate envelopes to Christ the King. The donor may endorse the certificate(s) over to Christ the King (you can use the form on the back of the certificate), but they must have a medallion signature guarantee on the certificate(s).
- Send a dated, notarized letter indicating that the shares are a gift to the Cathedral of Christ the King. All holders of record on the front of the certificate(s) must sign the letter. Mail the certificate(s) to the attention of Michael Bauml at the address below.
