Ongoing Faith Formation

For those who DO NOT attend a Catholic School, we will see you on Sunday evenings from 5-645pm in Kenny Hall for Life Teen (youth group). Catholic school teens are not required, but highly envourage to attend our youth group on Sunday evenings.

Confirmation Retreat (Choose one)

  • September 23-25 at North Georgia Christian Camp in Clarkesville, GA
  • February 10-12, 2023 at Camp Hidden Lake in Dahlonega, GA

  1. Copy of Baptismal & First Eucharist certificate: please email to confirmation@ctking.com (Due Dec 31)
  2. Saint Reflection (Due Jan 31)
  3. Adoration Reflection (Due Jan 31)
  4. Sponsor Verification Form: please email to confirmation@ctking.com (Due Jan 31)
  5. Write a letter to Monsignor stating your desire to be confimred (Due Jan 31) (Completed at a confirmation Night)
  6. Service Project Reflection (one project to be completed through CTK Young Church – Due March 31)

Attend confirmation specific catechesis – Required for BOTH Catholic and Non-Catholic school students.
