Information Regarding 2022 Adopt-A-Family Coming Soon

Christ the King is proud to sponsor the Christmas Connections/ Adopt-A-Family Program. We hope you can take part in this wonderful program which offers you the opportunity to share your blessings with others. This is one way you can reach out to those in need! We work with Catholic Charities, Hispanic Ministries, CTK Mission, Archdiocese of Atlanta Disabilities Ministry, and St. Vincent de Paul.  All families participating in this program have been screened and are in need of your help.

Families, groups and individuals can sponsor a small or large family. Once you sign up for a family, you will receive detailed instructions and wish-lists for the families.  Thank you for considering adopting a family this year and helping reach our parish goal of over 550 families.

Volunteers

This year we have made the tough decision to limit the number of volunteers for the drop off event and the distribution. Although we know that these volunteer opportunities are a major part of this ministry, we need to be mindful of the safety of the volunteers and the donor families. Closer to the collection and distribution date, we will communicate available volunteer opportunities. Despite these changes, we keep at the forefront our mission to provide Christmas to those most in need in our parish as well as the greater Atlanta community.

If you are a family in need, please contact Catholic Charities Atlanta at (404) 920-7725 to be considered for the program this year.
