Visitation Ministry

Visitation Ministry encompasses Communion of the Sick and Ministry to the Homebound. The Eucharist, visits, and Outreach Masses are provided to the sick, the elderly and the homebound.

Liturgy Teams for Outreach Masses

Mass is celebrated at various Senior Adult Residential Communities and Assisted Living facilities throughout the month.  Volunteers (and Eucharistic Ministers) are needed to assist with these Mass and Liturgy teams.
