When I edit an existing gift, I don’t see a way to cover the transaction fee. How do I do that?
Our giving platform doesn’t currently offer a way to cover transaction fees when you edit a gift. Your new amount will not cover transaction fees. If you want to cover your transaction fees (thank you!), it is best to delete your scheduled gift and create a new gift.
I don’t see the foundation or ministry that I would like to support listed. What should I do?
You can make a gift to our Other Collections fund. You’ll be asked to specify which fund you’d like to support in the “This gift is for” field. With any questions, you can contact our Director of Advancement, Ryan Beesley, at rbeesley@ctking.com.

I recently attended a funeral and would like to make a gift on their behalf. How do I do that?
You can make a gift to our Memorial Gifts fund. You can indicate the name of the deceased in the “In memory of” field.
What should I do if I can’t log in or didn’t receive a password reset email?

What happens if my scheduled gift is declined?
You will receive a notification email from our online giving platform, Vanco. You will receive follow-up emails from our Director of Advancement, Ryan Beesley, who can help reset your scheduled gift. If your account isn’t updated in a timely manner, we will remove your scheduled gift and you can create a new transaction at a later date.
