Snack Bag Making

Each month Christ the King provides more than 200 snack bags to hungry individuals who come to our doors. Here’s a story from one of the people who  receives our snack bags everyday:  “Thank you for being there for me while I looked for a job.  I have been working for a few weeks now and have enough saved so I don’t need to get snack bags anymore.” Everything we do has a tremendous impact on someone.  Thank you for your support of this outreach.

Please help us feed the hungry by making snack bags or donating nonperishable, individual pull top cans of a main dish items (such as chili, macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, beef stew or ravioli) and juice or milk box drinks for the snack bags. As little as $2 can alleviate hunger. You can also help by joining us on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm in Conference Room 4.
